2. Liquidity Risk

There is no guarantee that there will be an active market for the NFTs you purchase. You may not be able to sell your assets effectively or at all. The Platform does not guarantee to buy back any assets.

3. Technical & Protocol Risks

Blockchain Risks: The Platform runs on the Solana blockchain. We are not responsible for Mainnet congestion, block reorgs, or consensus failures.
Smart Contract Risks: While reviewed, smart contracts may contain undiscovered bugs or vulnerabilities.
Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for the custody of your private keys. Loss of keys results in permanent loss of assets.

4. Regulatory & Legal Risks

The regulatory landscape for crypto-assets is evolving. New laws (including tax laws) in your jurisdiction or internationally could negatively impact the use, transferability, or value of your assets.

5. Project Specific Risks

Development Risk: The Platform is in active development. Features described in the roadmap may change or be delayed.
Competition: Other platforms may emerge that offer superior features, reducing the demand for assets on this Platform.
